The city and county of Holderness, named after Aibreania's founder, first and current president Joel Holderness was the first city and county in the Republic of Aibreania making it the earliest location in Aibreania to have existed. It is the capital of Aibreania and the home of President Joel Holderness.  While Aibreania was created on 9 July 2011, the city of Holderness was created on 22 July 2011, with Holderness county being created minutes later. Holderness county contains both de jure and de facto territory.
